Valentine Enrichment Activity

We had a wonderful Mini-Enrichment Activity to celebrate Valentine's Day. Those who attended brought their favorite Valentine treat, with recipe, to share with the group. We enjoyed each other's company and ate way too much, but everything was so delicious. Thank you to all who came and made it a wonderful evening. Happy Valentine's Day!!

Vacation Anyone?

My sister would like to rent out her timeshare this summer. It is for a week (7 nights), in Ventura, California and it looks out over the ocean. I've been there many times. It's really nice and very beautiful. I'm pretty sure the weeks you can choose from are between May - September. It has a small kitchen so that's convenient. She's asking $650. Let me know if you're interested and I can put you in touch with her (I can also answer any questions for you).

Book Club

We met for Book Club tonight and we discussed 'The Good Earth'. It was an interesting book, but probably not one of our favorites. Those who attended were: Deb, Jackie, Amanda, Heather, Michelle and Jodi. We had a lot of fun visiting and Michelle won our book drawing for next month's book club book. Next month we will be reading, 'Almost Sisters', the 1st book of the In the Company of Good Women series. We hope more will join us next month. (By the way, that's punch everyone is drinking and thank you, Deb, for providing another delicious dessert- we appreciate all you do).
